Aim and Scope
Aim of the Journal
The aim of the journal Bulletin of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Social Work is to publish peer-reviewed scholarly articles presenting original results of theoretical and empirical research, as well as methodological developments in the fields of social work, psychology, and educational and pedagogical sciences within the following fields of study: I10 — Social Work and Counselling, C4 — Psychology, A1 — Educational Sciences.
The scientific profile of the journal corresponds to the cluster “Human Capital Development, Social Sciences and Journalism” in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 56 dated 19 January 2026 “On Amendments to the Procedure for Forming the List of Scientific Professional Journals of Ukraine.”
Types of Publications
The journal accepts the following types of submissions:

Objectives of the Journal
The main objectives of the journal are:

to promote the development of national scientific potential and its integration into the global academic community;

to foster effective scholarly communication and ensure high-quality dissemination, official recognition, and popularization of research results in the fields of social work, psychology, education, and pedagogy within national and international academic communities;

to promote evidence-based and scientifically grounded approaches and practices among professionals in social work, psychology, education, and pedagogy;

to highlight best practices in Ukrainian and international social work, psychology, pedagogy, and education;

to support the development of a professional community of specialists in the socio-psychological and socio-pedagogical fields.
